This giveaway is sponsored by TeaBevCo LLC d/b/a HTeaO, (“Sponsor”), 7802 SW Loop 820 #104, Benbrook, TX 76126.

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island, Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate or win.

Entries for the drawing will be accepted between August 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM CT and August 4, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM CT (the “Entry Period”). Official time will be kept by Sponsor. Unless otherwise provided in these Rules, entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

All individuals are limited to one (1) entry regardless of method of entry.

Subscriber Entry:

All individuals who are an active subscriber to HTeaO’s Tea Subscription Club as of 11:59:00 PM Central Time on July 31, 2026, will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway upon confirmation of entry and acceptance of these Official Rules. Sponsor will determine subscriber status based on its records as of that date and time. Sponsor's determinations are final.

During the Entry Period, Sponsor will send an email and/or SMS message to eligible subscribers containing a link through which the subscriber may confirm entry into the giveaway and affirmatively agree to these Official Rules To be entered into the drawing, an eligible subscriber must click the link provided and complete the confirmation process prior to the end of the Entry Period. Subscribers who do not complete this confirmation process within the Entry Period will not be entered into the drawing, regardless of their subscription status. Only one entry per eligible subscriber will be accepted, regardless of the number of confirmation links clicked.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. A mail-in entry received constitutes one (1) entry regardless of the number of cards or envelopes received. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 4, 2026, and received no later than August 7, 2026. Mechanically reproduced (i.e., copied) entries are not eligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; (c) technical malfunctions of any kind; or (d) fraudulent interference with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for entries made but not received and/or accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or remove entries it deems, in its sole discretion, as fraudulent.

One (1) winner will receive one (1) YETI Tundra® 45 Hard Cooler filled with the following HTeaO product:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the potential winner. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation prior to prize fulfillment.

One (1) potential winner will be selected using a random number generator or comparable random selection method, to take place on or after August 8, 2026, from the eligible entries received. All entries, regardless of entry method, will be combined for the drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone number on file within three (3) business days of the giveaway. The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.

Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documentation within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Once the potential winner is confirmed and has completed all required documentation, Sponsor will arrange to deliver, at its expense and by reasonable means, the potential winner’s prize to an address in the United States provided by the potential winner. Sponsor is not responsible for the delivery of any prize once it leaves Sponsor’s possession. As soon as Sponsor places any prize with a reasonable delivery service (for example, USPS or FedEx), the prize is considered delivered to the potential winner.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes a potential winner’s consent for Sponsor to use potential winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or prior notice.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time, for any reason, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, tampering, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control that compromises the integrity of the giveaway. The prizes for this giveaway are awarded as-is and without any warranties from Sponsor.

If a potential winner is 18 or older, but under the age of majority in their state required to agree to these Official Rules or enter into the necessary releases and agreements required of a winner, then said potential winner will be required to have a parent or legal guardian consent to these Official Rules and enter into all required releases and agreements on their behalf before prize fulfillment.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, or any other platform or social media network. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this giveaway should be directed to Sponsor, not to any third-party platform.

By entering this giveaway, you agree to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners (together, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise out of you participation in the giveaway; your acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; your breach of these Official Rules; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and the giveaway provided for herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway may be used by Sponsor and its affiliates to administer the promotion, fulfill prizes, and for marketing and promotional purposes, including sending communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. By entering, participants consent to these uses. Our full privacy policy, including your rights to opt out of marketing communications, is available at shop.hteao.com/policies/privacy-policy. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.

To receive the name of the winner after the giveaway occurs, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HTeaO Subscriber Appreciation Winner List, 7802 SW Loop 820 #104, Benbrook, TX 76126. Winner name requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the giveaway date.
