Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes is sponsored by TeaBevCo LLC d/b/a HTeaO, ("Sponsor"), 7802 SW Loop 820 #104, Benbrook, TX 76126. The online DTC channel is operated at shop.hteao.com.
2. Eligibility
This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate or win.
3. Promotion Period
The sweepstakes begins on June 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on June 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). Official time will be kept by Sponsor. Unless otherwise provided in these Rules, entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Purchase Method (Automatic Entry):
Place an order of any amount at shop.hteao.com during the Promotion Period. For every one dollar ($1.00) of the pre-tax, pre-shipping order subtotal spent, the entrant will receive one (1) sweepstakes entry. In the unlikely event that the pre-tax, pre-shipping order total is less than one dollar (<$1.00), it will earn one (1) entry. Otherwise, partial dollars are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. For example, an order subtotal of $25.99 would earn twenty-five (25) entries.
There is no minimum purchase required and no limit on the number of orders per person during the Promotion Period. Only purchases made online at shop.hteao.com are eligible for automatic entry. Purchases made at HTeaO store locations, via the HTeaO app, or through any third-party vendor do not result in an automatic entry.
Entry Calculation Example:
Order subtotal of $25.99 = 25 entries. Order subtotal of $47.00 = 47 entries. Multiple orders are cumulative — entries from all qualifying orders placed by the same customer during the Promotion Period will be combined.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. A mail-in entry received constitutes one (1) entry regardless of the number of cards or envelopes received. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 26, 2026 and received no later than July 2, 2026. Mechanically reproduced (i.e., copied) entries are not eligible.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in transmission or communication; (c) technical malfunctions of any kind; or (d) fraudulent interference with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for entries made but not received and/or accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or remove entries it deems, in its sole discretion, as fraudulent.
5. Prize
Five (5) different potential winners will each receive one (1) Turtlebox Ranger Outdoor Bluetooth Speaker. One prize per person. No person is eligible to win multiple prizes.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $250.00 USD per unit
Total ARV of All Prizes: $1,250.00 USD
Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion or as required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
6. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the potential winner. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation prior to prize fulfillment. Sponsor has addressed applicable taxes on prize units prior to the promotion period.
7. Potential Winner Selection & Notification
Five (5) different potential winners will be selected by random drawing on or around July 2, 2026 from the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. If a person's entry is drawn, no other entries by that person will be eligible. For example, if an entrant is the first potential winner selected by random drawing, that entrant's remaining entries (if any) will no longer be eligible to be drawn.
Entries will be weighted based on the number of entries earned per the entry mechanic described in Section 4. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable notifications due to spam filters, incorrect contact information, or other technical issues.
Potential winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to return required documentation within the specified time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Once a potential winner is confirmed and has completed all required documentation, Sponsor will arrange to deliver, at its expense and by reasonable means, the potential winner's prize to an address in the United States provided by the potential winner. Sponsor is not responsible for the delivery of any prize once it leaves Sponsor's possession. As soon as Sponsor places any prize with a reasonable delivery service (for example, USPS or FedEx), the prize is considered delivered to the potential winner.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes a potential winner's consent for Sponsor to use potential winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or prior notice.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this sweepstakes at any time, for any reason, including in the event of fraud, technical failures, tampering, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that compromises the integrity of the sweepstakes. The prizes for this sweepstakes are awarded as-is and without any warranties from Sponsor.
If a potential winner is 18 or older, but under the age of majority in their state required to agree to these Official Rules or enter into the necessary releases and agreements required of a winner, then said potential winner will be required to have a parent or legal guardian consent to these Official Rules and enter into all required releases and agreements on their behalf before prize fulfillment.
This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, Shopify, or any other platform or social media network. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor, not to any third-party platform.
10. Limitations of Liability
By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, and partners (together, the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise out of your participation in the sweepstakes; your acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; your breach of these Official Rules; or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules and the sweepstakes provided for herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and its affiliates to administer the promotion, fulfill prizes, and for marketing and promotional purposes, including sending communications by email, text message, or postal mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. By entering, participants consent to these uses. Our full privacy policy, including your rights to opt out of marketing communications, is available at shop.hteao.com/policies/privacy-policy. Personal information will not be sold to third parties.
13. Winner List
To receive a list of the names of the winners after the drawing occurs, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: HTeaO Turtlebox Giveaway Winners List, 7802 SW Loop 820 #104, Benbrook, TX 76126. Winner name requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the drawing date.
